With only one metre of topsoil over solid limestone, the vines tap almost immediately into the mineral resources underneath. The warmth of the site, combined with the mineral complexion of the soils, results in rich, super long-lived wines that seem to effortlessly combine intense minerality with generous texture and concentration.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eStill in its youth, the 2024 \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003ewafts from the glass with aromas of lemon zest, quince and crisp pear layered with white flowers, chamomile, wet stone and a hint of beeswax.
