Brunhilde is back! And better than ever. Much the same as last year, this German-style Festbier is malty yet crisp and has been double decocted. However, for the 2024 release there has been no additional aging in oak. The resulting beer has scrumptious layers of malt and bread character that give way to light caramel on the mid palate. Noble hops provde a soft bitterness with a hint of pine and citrus to finish - the perfect Festbier. Prost!
