Refund & Returns Policy
No Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Returns are only accepted where an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

Email shop@maneliquor.com.au with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.

Claims lodged outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Once approved, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you have 30 days from delivery to contact us.

Email us at shop@maneliquor.com.au, provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details/photos of the issue.

Approved returns must be in their original packaging (as much as possible). We do not accept any returns of items that are half drunk.
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for how and where to send the product back. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns, we will cover the cost of return shipping if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We do not cover return costs for any other reason.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at shop@maneliquor.com.au. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. This includes exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@maneliquor.com.au.
