An experimental Hazy IPA brewed with spelt, tritordeum, rice and a Lager yeast strain. The result is a full-bodied beer with a refreshingly crisp finish. Kiwi hops bring layers of citrus, further enhanced by the addition of local yuzu and a dash of terpenes. Boundary defying? Yes. Very delicious? Also yes.
