Stout with a Mexican twist! Slow Mole is a limited 4th birthday release by Slow Lane. It is inspired by the traditional and iconic Mexican dish called mole (pronounced ‘moh-lay’), a rich sauce containing chillies and chocolate. Known for often being labour intensive to make, and complex in flavour, the approach to mole reminded Slow Lane of their approach to brewing - and the inspiration for Slow Mole was born!

This winter warmer features cacao nibs, cinnamon sticks and two types of mexican chillies that were steeped in tequila for an added Mexican touch.
