A Special Guest Chef – Amy Hamilton
Beverages always taste better with food, and this time we’re pairing our festive tipples with dishes by Amy Hamilton! The talented chef behind Albany’s beloved Liberté, Amy has a knack for blending French and Vietnamese influences in her cooking to create utterly addictive plates of food. By popular demand, this is her 3rd time in our kitchen - and with any luck, not the last!
