What to Expect

One theme. Dozens of wines. And often a brew or spirit too! Every Deep Dive focuses on a single varietal, theme or region — and we change it up each edition to keep things interesting.

How It Works

• Every Deep Dive focuses on a region, varietal or theme. Great Southern? France? Italy? Margaret River? Pinot Noir? Chardonnay? Bubbles? You name it — we'll pour it.
  
• We pour from midday 'til late arvo. Pop in for a quick sip or stay for the long haul.
  
• Completely free. All you need is curiosity (and maybe an Uber).
  
• Each event also features an independent pop-up kitchen at the back of the shop — a separately run food service that changes with each edition. Grab a bite on your own terms.
