Pasote Reposado is made from 100% agave in the Tequila Valley of Jalisco, Mexico. It is aged for 8 months in ex-American whiskey barrels, giving it a complex and elegant flavor profile with notes of cooked agave, pepper, citrus, vanilla, and oak. It is produced by Felipe Camarena at El Pandillo distillery, using traditional methods and deep well water that adds a mineral punch and a white pepper finish.
