A single-hop Hazy IPA built entirely around New Zealand's Riwaka, layered through the boil, whirlpool and fermentation, then dry-hopped twice more for maximum impact. It pours a thick golden haze topped with a fluffy white head, delivering big passionfruit and bright citrus up front, with that distinctive Riwaka "diesel" funk running underneath. The palate turns juicy and tropical with a resinous, dank edge, backed by enough bitterness to keep it balanced rather than sweet.
