A juicy IIPA featuring bursts of grapefruit zested from their brewery orchard, layered with bright citrus flavour thanks to a Talus dry-hop. Southern Cross hops add layers of lemon, lime and a heavy hit of pine. Rounded out with a balanced bitterness to land us in true IIPA territory.
