A chillable blend of 85% Sangiovese and a topping of Grenache Blanc to help soften the tannins. Fermented half and half in stainless steel and oak, there is a well-balanced savoury note and a hearty mouthful of fruit. Notes of subtle peppercorn spice, a slight confectionary strawberry twang more akin to a Grenache and oh boy, she packs a punch with that tannin! Yummo!
