The younger and super high-energy sister of the Big Valley Bombo is back for more fun-loving party times.

A punchy and zippy assemblage of various white parcels taken from Freyja (Semillon), Valetine (Chenin Blanc) and Turbulent Juice (skin-contact Semillon). Blened after a thorough tasting of all of the components to ensure balance and a certain Big Valley je ne sais quoi. 

It’s got a cute little nose filled with citrusy lemon-lime character, butterscotch and marzipan nuttiness alongside a little white blossom from the Chenin. The palate is super textural with high acid up front that develops a richness and fullness the longer it is in the mouth. Chewy phenolics. Excellent length. Perfect summer sipper.
