Holiday is a brand new West Coast-style Pale Ale brewed with Simcoe, Chinook and Nelson Sauvin. The light malt base gives a pale yellow colour and a lean body that allows the old-school hop combo to flourish. Up front on the nose is loads of pineapple action, with light hints of dank. Take a sip and you'll notice a mild and pleasant upfront bitterness that swiftly makes way for notes of pineapple, pine needles, grapefruit zest and lemon lime zing. It's snappy and dry, with a finish that screams "sip me again" - perfect for summer sipping!
