A fresh, fruity pink Pet-Nat from the creative duo at Somos. Utilising three branches of the Pinot mutation tree, each grape was fermented on its on its own before being blended together with a little kick of frozen grape juice and put in bottle to do its thing.

The end result? A fresh AF sparkling Rosé that is pure cherry/berry - delicious!
