A premium Grappa made from dried Valpolicella grapes - the same grapes used in the region's famous Amarone wines. The grape pomace is batch-distilled in copper kettles and undergoes vinification in spring before being oak-aged for 12 months.
Splendidly aromatic on the nose, this lush Grappa is smooth and well-rounded in the mouth with a long finish and delicate notes of vanilla, cocoa and honey.
