Tucked away in Karridale at the southern tip of Margaret River, Wild Lot is a small distillery doing big things. Built from the ground up by husband-and-wife duo Bec and Slade, the distillery sits on their family farm, where they raise kids, grow ingredients, and handcraft spirits that reflect the land around them. It’s real, rural, and refreshingly unfussy!

The Lime Wire Gin has serious big citrus energy. Made with Augusta-grown finger limes, this gin is bright, punchy, and bursting with character. A proper zinger, perfect with tonic or grapefruit soda.
