Remarkably complex nose of yellow fruits, mango, starfruit, lime marmalade, peach and pear. Truthfully, this is very hard to describe, due to the level of complexity and detail, but I’ll try! Luscious and piquant, with ripe tropical fruits, cut through with citrus, cherry, honey and a faint dusting of herbs. Refined and detailed, the sweetness is cut through by the most precise acidity, lending real structure to a wine that is as elegant as it is powerful. Truly something everlasting.
