A biodynamic Chenin Blanc from one of the greatest regions in the world when it comes to this tremendous grape variety. This wine comes from some of Chidaine's oldest vines which are up to 90 years old! The soil is a mix of clay and coarse flint over a bed of limestone. Naturally fermented in demi-muids for around 10 months. Truly spectacular.
