Pierre Stock is one of Australia's most respected importers of French wine, and the name behind PS Wine Selections. Before turning to importing, Pierre spent decades on the floor as a sommelier, including a stint at the three-Michelin-starred Paul Bocuse in France and ten years running the wine program at Melbourne institution France-Soir.

That background shows in this portfolio: a tightly curated selection of authentic, small-producer wines sourced through relationships built over regular trips to France. For this session, Pierre brings his Burgundy portfolio to the table — biodynamic and small-batch wines that prioritise sense of place over flash. What is the Wine Club Glass?

Designed by German glassmakers Willinger and exclusively distributed in Australia by LS Merchants, the Hedi is a machine-blown crystal glass built for the way we drink — equally at home with a cool-climate white, a structured red, or a celebratory pour of something sparkling.
