One of South Africa's most iconic wine producers, Rustenberg has been producing wine since 1724. The Barlow's are the family behind the Stellenbosch vineyards these days, and have been for over 80 years - the longest period any one family has owned the property. With a long and very proud history of producing exceptional wines, Rustenberg’s winemaking style is simple: produce quality wines true to the fruit and the style of the Estate. 🍇 Stellenbosch Chenin Blanc [2023] - Made with bush-vine Chenin from 20 to 35 years old vines. Fruit-driven and vibrant with pear and citrus notes complimented by refreshing acidity and a soft mouthfeel. 

🍇 Stellenbosch Chardonnay [2022] - Bright golden yellow in appearance with a bright nose of lemon/grapefruit peel and nutty, spicy oak. Medium-bodied, citrus character flows through to the palate with white stonefruit cradled in classy oak, precise acidity lending freshness.

🍇 Five Soldiers Chardonnay [2022] - This wine was our most-sold wine on our Deep Dive Chardonnay event, eclipsing wines that retailed for half its value. Characterised by measured power and complexity, it is designed to be drunk with food and will benefit from many years of cellaring.

🍷 Stellenbosch Shiraz [2018] - This Shiraz has plenty of natural brambly red and black fruit on the well-defined nose. The palate is medium-bodied with a fine line of acidity, crisp tannins and expressive red berry fruit mixed with spice and cloves on the finish.

🍷 Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon [2022] - Rustenberg is known to be one of South Africa's top producers of Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux blends and varietals. The Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon shows a typical profile of dark berries and tobacco with a well-structured and lengthy palate.

🍷 Stellenbosch RM Nicholson [2021] - A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz; this new world red showcases classic varieties that would typically not be combined. Elegant and balanced with ripe blueberry and mulberry, exotic spice and creamy vanilla notes.

🍷 Stellenbosch John X Merriman [2021] - A Bordeaux-style blend of Cab Sauv, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Supple and rich with cassis, blackcurrant and dark fruit notes complemented by cigar tobacco and sour cherry character.
