Yuzu Elderflower Spritz
A fresh, floral and citrusy cocktail that’s perfect for sunny afternoons.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Sea Salt Yuzushu
- 15ml Elderflower Liqueur
- 45ml Prosecco
- 30ml Plain Soda
Glass: Wine Glass
Garnish: Basil Sprig
Method: Built over ice


Spring Rhubarb & Plum Spritz
A light and floral spritz perfect for warm afternoons. The tartness of rhubarb pairs beautifully with the sweet plum aperitif and sparkling rosé.
Ingredients:
- 45ml Spring Rhubarb
- 15ml Tanica Plum Aperitif
- 30ml Sittella Cuvee Rosé
- 30ml Plain Soda
Glass: Wine Glass
Garnish: Lavender Sprig
Method: Build over ice


White Cane Piña Colada
A tropical classic with a Mane twist – rum, pineapple and coconut cream with a dash of herbal Chartreuse for depth.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Archie Rose White Cane
- 20ml Coconut Cream
- 60ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 20ml Fresh Lime
- 6–8 Mint Leaves
- Optional: 10ml Yellow Chartreuse
Glass: Tiki Mug or Highball
Garnish: Mint & Pineapple
Method: Shake over ice


Yuzushu Americano
Bright, bittersweet and citrusy – a refreshing Japanese-inspired take on the classic Americano.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Heiwa Shuzo Yuzushu
- 30ml Campari
- Top with 60ml Soda
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Orange Wedge
Method: Shake & strain over ice, then top with soda


Oaked Espresso Martini
A rich, aromatic twist on the beloved espresso martini, elevated with oaked rum and walnut bitters.
Ingredients:
- 45ml JimmyRum Oaked
- 15ml Xopa Coffee Liqueur
- 60ml First Press Coffee Cocktail Mixer
- 20ml Raw Sugar Syrup
- 3 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
Glass: Martini Glass
Garnish: Parmesan Cheese
