The Kitchen
A commercial kitchen at the back of our Osborne Park store plays host to a rotating cast of guest chefs from across the state. Small plates, street food, burgers, BBQ and more — it's a relaxed, social space where food lovers meet, eat, and discover new flavours.

How does it work?
Think about it like a food truck - just inside a great bottleshop! Head down to the kitchen window at the back of the shop and place your order directly with the pop-up. Then you're free to browse the store while you wait for your order.

Can I dine-in?
You sure can! We have some tables and chairs set-up where you are welcome to sit and eat your meal. But please note that you cannot consume any alcohol in-store outside of the licensed tastings at the front bench.

For the month of May, our neighbours at Bicton are popping up out the front serving up a different Pinsa creation. Using bases from local Pinsa legends Calda Calda, the P.Princi team will be coming up with a new flavour topping each week.
