Hand-foraged Macedonian juniper was both cold and hot distilled to create three distinct expressions and combined with a supporting cast of single estate Australian coriander seed, lemon scented gum and Tahitian lime. The palate offers a bold balance of citrus and herbaceous intensity with a profoundly pine-laden dry finish. Possibly the ultimate martini gin!
