Seasonal have teamed up with one of their favourite neighbours, Smidge Bakery, to create this years Winter stout. Inspired by their flagship Cinnamon Scrolls and brewed with Cinnamon Quills, Tahitian Vanilla Beans, and one single vegan edition of the cinnamon scroll, the Cinny Tinny goes down easy with a robust body and slight sweetness that keeps drinkability high.
A generous addition of molasses in the ferment provides additional complexity to an involved malt base that evokes dark chocolate and toffee. A slight clean tartness is the final touch, as the cream cheese frosting is to the scrolls. Not quite like anything they've made before! Complex, yet drinkable, hints of sweetness but not a pastry stout. Benefits from being warmed up slightly.
