Inspired by Blanc de Blanc, this bottle of fizz exhibits nectarine, sourdough, and citrus nuances. An touch of honey grown in Sandringham by Lucy Allinson provides an interesting counterpoint to the fresh granny smith crunch and rounds out the palate.
