Classic Haze is a traditional German Hefeweizen with distinctive banana and clove fermentation flavours. Hefes are the original hazy beer: cloudy in appearance due to yeast still in suspension. While popular in its motherland it remains an underrated style, especially in Australia, but Slow Lane are looking to change that.
