This is Sobremesa's interpretation of an old world-style Saison, brewed with 100% Australian grown grains and can conditioned for 6 weeks.
The aroma is very inviting with subtle notes of pear, clove and fresh white flowers. The palate it is full of finger lime, pepper corns and lemon curd with lively carbonation and just enough residual sweetness to keep you reaching for another sip. A delightful brew.
