One of Margaret River's best Chardonnay's without a shred of doubt. Not as well known as some, but easily punches above its weight on price. This complex Chardonnay combines power with restraint and elegance. It is intense and textural, yet fresh and lively, finding the perfect balance between richness and finesse. Its fine acid backbone carries the exotic stone fruit, poached pear cashew and crème brûlée characters to an exceptionally long finish, showcasing the wines purity. A moreish and sophisticated Chardonnay, which is just an infant at this stage and will generously reward even short-term cellaring.
