Founded in 1939, Yatsushiro Distillery has been crafting spirits for generations and producing shochu since 1963. This latest gin release celebrates Kumamoto’s rare and precious citrus fruits. By focusing on just three citrus Aoyuzu, Shiranui, and Banpeiyu - Yatsushiro showcases the full spectrum of Japanese citrus character in a refined, distinctly local expression. Distilled with the expertise honed through shochu-making, it’s bright, layered, and unmistakably Japanese.
