Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is a 43% ABV, triple-distilled spirit produced by The Shed Distillery in Leitrim, Ireland, founded by PJ Rigney. It is crafted from malted barley, unmalted barley, and Irish Barra oats, then matured in a combination of oloroso sherry and Kentucky bourbon casks, resulting in a creamy, fruity, and gently spiced flavor profile.

Creamy and sweet with notes of white chocolate, vanilla sponge, candied lemon, and a subtle, spicy finish.

Listed as a Top Whiskey of 2020 by Whisky Advocate.
