One of the Yarra Valley's most celebrated single-vineyard Chardonnays, and the 2024 vintage may be its finest yet. The Applejack Vineyard sits at an elevation of 320 metres, resulting in a cooler and extended growing season three to four weeks later than the central Yarra Valley — ideal conditions for building tension and precision in Chardonnay.

100% hand picked and whole bunch pressed, the juice was gravity transferred directly to barrel taking full gross lees, then wild fermented in 500L French oak puncheons — 15% new, 85% older. The result is a wine of remarkable purity and fine-boned structure — aromas of lime leaves, sliced lemon, sea spray, green apple, oyster shell and flint, with a tense, nervy palate driven by strong minerality that will unravel beautifully over time.
