The season of 2023 was an absolute banger! Warm weather and good yields. Destemmed to open fermenters, inoculated with an organic yeast and plunged twice daily for around 12 days. Left to macerate for a total of 26 days before being pressed to barrel. Matured in a blend of new and two-year-old barrels.

Black forest cake, dark plum and violets with a hint of mocha and oak spice. The palate is lush with great fruit concentration and long, velvety tannins.
