This Red IPA packs layers of hop character. Late kettle and whirlpool additions of Chinook and Citra deliver resinous pine and bright citrus, and we dry hopped it Simcoe, Amarillo, and Simcoe Cryo. Balanced bitterness and a smooth, rounded finish let both the rich malt complexity and vibrant hops shine.
It's the perfect and sensible red to crack at this time of year.
