Daytime Karaoke continues the hop experiments first explored in Spacetime Legend, MCs first collab with Superflux. Brewed after an impromptu afternoon duet of Horses by Daryl Braithwaite that punters trying to enjoy a beer had to endure. This new juicy NEIPA started with a long, six-day dry hop of Citra inspired by the Superflux approach, before hand selected Amarillo and Simcoe were layered in for three days, and finished with a short, sharp hit of Galaxy. The result is an explosion of passionfruit, peach, and tropical bubblegum, with the kind of soft, hazy body that makes every sip feel like a power ballad chorus.
