Golden Valley is Slow Lane's homage to Orval, the legendary Belgian Trappist beer. A bitter ale fermented with a Belgian Abbey yeast strain and dry hopped with Styrian Golding hops, then can-conditioned with Brettanomyces to give the beer its distinctive complexity. Similarly to Orval, this is a living beer and its flavours will continue to develop during extended cellaring.
