The youngest of Talijancich's liqueur range made from Verdelho grown on their Swan Valley vineyard. The fruit is handpicked at the semi-raisin stage to help give the finished wine greater texture. Matured in old brandy casks for 5 years, retaining the youthful characteristics of a apricot and honey, all flowing onto a luscious palate.
