Grapes undergo a seven-week maceration (skin contact) followed by a very long six-year aging process in seasoned oak demi-muids. Made with indigenous yeasts, no fining, no filtration, and no added sulfur.

A full-bodied and textured wine. Notes are of orange rind, citrus peel, apricot pip, bergamot tea, and a pronounced saline minerality. "L'eau d'range" translates to 'orange water' in French - essentially a nod to Orange Wine.
