Ganevat Les Survivants Côtes du Jura Chardonnay 2021 is a rare, naturally made white wine from winemaker Jean-François Ganevat in the Jura region of France. "Les Survivants" translates to "the survivors".

Severe spring frosts in 2021 severely devastated white wine yields across the Jura region.

Aged for extended time (about 3 to 4 years) on fine lees in large 600-litre oak barrels (demi-muids) using indigenous yeasts, with no added sulfur. Excellent with roast poultry, seafood, fish in beurre blanc, or aged Comté cheese.
