Cocchi revived their 1891 Vermouth di Torino in 2011 and it has quickly become a favourite of bartenders the world over. Beginning with a base wine of Piedmontese Moscato, this historical vermouth is infused with bitter orange peel, cocoa, ginger, and rhubarb among others, then sweetened with caramelised sugar which deepens its colour. These varied botanicals combine to create a complex and layered aromatised wine with a bittersweet finish.
