A new twist on an older style, this Chardonnay exhibits beautiful pure fruit characters from the Great Southern and great texture in the mouth. It’s crisp, but creamy at the same time, with white peach, grapefruit aspects and buttered toast character from the oak used and time spent on yeast lees. High quality, delicious and textural.
