From a family who have been owner-growers in Chablis since at least 1654, this Chardonnay comes from the Premier Cru Climat of Butteaux, located on the left bank of the river Serein, at the top of a hill. 2023 was a warm vintage, resulting in a wine with complex aromas, notes of yellow fruits, grilled nuts, generous flavours on the palate, and a touch of spice.  Don't be shy to try this with some grilled lamb at your next gathering!
