Bachelards might just be our favourite Cru Beaujolais producer, and each vintage they simply knock it out of the park. No funk to be found here, the Fleurie is all elegance and power with layers upon layers of deep red and black berries and plums. Intoxicating floral aromas meet spice and minerality with a silky texture that your tongue simply won’t believe possible. A must try.
