Deep ruby in colour, it opens with aromas of ripe black cherry, plum, and wild berries, layered with hints of spice, cocoa, and a gentle touch of oak. On the palate, it is rich and structured, with vibrant acidity balancing its generous fruit, fine tannins, and a long, savoury finish that speaks to its Superiore designation.

The new addition of “Tóiu” to the bottle is more than a name - it is a dedication. The wine is named in honour of the late Vittorio Adriano, after the nickname Vittorio’s friends used for him. Crafted with care and patience, this Barbera d’Alba Superiore pairs beautifully with hearty pasta dishes, roasted meats, and aged cheeses, offering both depth and authenticity in every sip.
