The cooler season, with a warm period just before harvest, provided a natural freshness that balances the richness that we get from old vine Shiraz at MMAD Vineyard. More whole bunches were retained in 2023, adding grip, spice, and savoury complexity. This wine shows lovely pure violet and blueberry aromas, some earth.
