JimmyRum's Silver Premium Australian Spirit is a unique unaged white cane spirit distilled with a hybrid pot still and thumper, rested in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. On the nose, it starts off with the aromas of dry cardboard and saline solution, but transitions to light fruit and ginger notes. The palate is spicy with notes of pumpkin juice, carrot-slushies, and papaya, finishing off with a hint of sweetish pimento.
