Produced from a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, this Premier Cru Champagne has a buoyant and fluffy mousse and a very fine bead showing good persistence. Excellent aromatics with baked bread, citrus and yeast lees leading the way. Subtle toast and almond notes ensue. Well meshed flavours of yeast lees, baked bread and citrus overlay an oily toast and almond back drop. Airy feel with good tension, crisp acidity and a refreshingly savoury aftertaste.
