This is made with the first pick of Chardonnay off the Treeton Estate Vineyard. Hand picked early in the season and wild ferment in barrel. Matured on lees for a year before bottling with a small addition of fresh grape juice to create natural fizz. Then left another year to mature further. Sublime.
