Oka Kura ‘Bermutto’ is the first of its kind, this unique vermouth-esc product shows a subtle, direct, and sophisticated finesse. With an aromatised rice wine base showcasing four distinct Japanese botanicals, sansho pepper, yuzu, mugwort, and Kabuso citrus, are infused into Junmai Sake, before being fortified with 100% rice shochu spirit. Produced in Kumamoto, Japan at the Tsutsumi Distillery they have crafted shochu for over 150 years and experimented heavily with botanical influences and cask finishes.
