Single vineyard Chardonnay from Denmark, Great Southern that was hand picked, wild fermented and whole bunch pressed. Aged for 12 month in old French oak with regular lees stirring and bottled without fining or filtration. Rich and cloudy with stonefruit and citrus blossom notes.
