A fresh, fruit-forward Sauv Blanc out of Margaret River that is quaffable yet elegant. Tropical aromatics of guava, passionfruit and lime meet more citrus and subtle creamy elements on the palate. The wine finishes with a chalky mineral acidity, but subtle fruit flavours linger making it refreshing and ultimately moreish.
